Listened, read and predicted. Predicting what you read helps you engage and actively read a story. The Tell-Tale Heart is a very nearly perfect short story, with all the major elements of a story: plot, character, setting, conflict.

HW: Fri: Look over Tell-Tale Heart in Lit textbooks (p. 522) and answer questions on p. 528, #1-5. All of them! Complete sentences. Pencil ok, in your notebooks.
