**Find a novel, at least 200 pages. Fiction. Must be read & work due Weds., May 23. Writing assignment to come. Can sign out a Civil War novel from me if want -- coincides with history class.

HW: Weds: Rough draft of all five poems/paragraphs. You’re writing from the favorite poems.
Thursday: Rough draft of essay for poetry project. On the essays, you must have examples from poems in your project or others, or you cannot get higher than a C/D on that part of the project. Essays always have support. Grand ideas only hold up when there are examples behind them.
